Mend Boiler Heating Gas

due to buildingwork water and gas switched off, now boiler will not fire up?

due to building work gas and water supplies were disconnected. now everything is back up and running except no hot water or heating as boiler wont fire up, pilot light comes on for a minute or two then goes off!
