To answer your question, immediately after dropping, it needs to be washed out with as much warm water as possible. And then wash it with acetone and leave it dry. If this is not done within minutes of the incedent, you have no hope.

How do think that anyone could help?, what do you think could be done by anyone? Your the numpty who dropped it the sea, better go out and buy a new one. I suggest that you tie a piece of cord to the next one and hang it around your neck so that you dont drop that one in the sea.
