How to put wire and plugs in a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Conversion Van?

Where is the motor located and how to tune-up? Need wires plugs etc

I1m not real sure on this year but on most you will have to remove the dog house to gain access to the plugs and even then might have to gain access from under the van .....these aren`t any fun
