fuel injection pump £**** lots but luckily used car warranty covered. fairly common fault!!!

This may sound rather odd, but the flashing glow plug light is also used as a bulb failure warning on some VAG cars.Check brake lights,etc,are working properly.

the diagnostics are not getting a permanent fault code
the aa said there was a pending fault with fuel pressure
but no actual codes stored

this will need to go onto a code reader to see what faults are stored
