Hi, my 2005 Renault Modus had a flat battery after being left for a few days. I got a new battery put in, but now the immobiliser light is solid red (no flashing) and the car won't start. Local garage is stumped and i am looking at a hefty bill. Can anyone help?
you could try key in ign but switched of-disconnect battery and touch both leads together for a few seconds-reconnect and see if car will start.(do not open doors-open window and do it from there.)
