audi a4 sline engine controll relay?

hi viv this may sound silly ,is battery fully charged ,if yes then when you turn ignition do you get all dash lights if yes you should be able to hear the engine relay power up ,CLICK,.I would replace engine relay which is located in fuse box .might want to try removing and clean terminals on relay first .
