Mend Toshiba Timer Its Not Set

how does my tv go on a timer when its not set?

my toshiba tv goes on to stand by and the timer light/green light\there are no timers set on the tv ,i can switch it off ,but after10 or30 mins it will go back to this problem,
can any one help
