pull the soap draw completely out and take the plastic piece with 'MAX' on it out and check the holes underneath arn't blocked up.If this is ok look inside the detergent dispencer gap with the draw out and look up at the holes in the conveyor.They usually end up blocked with black mould.you can try cleaning the holes out or replace the whole conveyor
