zanussi washing machine fjs 1225w - comfort dosent leave compartment ?

three things cause this.1 is the holes above the compartment are blocked.this requires you to unblock or replace the conveyor as it is known.2 is the bit with MAX written on it needs removing from the conditioner compartment and the hole /tube underneath needs unblocking.3 is one of the inlet solenoids have failed causing the water not to get directed into the conditioner compartment
