Hello, yes I had the same problem a few years ago. It was the turbo-fan unit inside the top left of the door. Early models had the rotating open/close part stick partly open, and condensed steam from the drying cycle collects inside it. Only option is to replace the complete part. Luckily mine was under a 5-year warrantee at the time.
