cheers adam,i have checked the carb and the ht cap thay seem fine it has a good spark.... it has 2 pipes running from the petrol tank and 1 of them seems blocked abit should it be like that

sounds like you have either knocked the air filter off the back of the carb or a pipe from the filter or the ht cap is just hanging onto the end of the spark plug.
