what might be wrong with my Hoover steam vac F5858?
i have a hoover steam vac model f5858-900.when i place the solution tank into position,and lock the handle into place,the water in the tank begins draining down to the pump assembly.and it comes out where the brush assembly is located,this happens when the machine isnt even on.shouldnt there be a check of some sort before r after the pump asssembly to prevent this.it creates quite a mess.
