Mend Ford Focus Battery Car Months

Ford focus, battery & ecu?

How long can the battery be off a 1998 ford focus tddi?
Mine has been off the car for 6 months, will this cause any problems for the ecu ect when I inseall a new battery and try to start it?

you will have to try it, but if car has been standing for 6mths without being started, you might find the brakes have siezed and need to be released, check you tyre presures are ok. will your radio need a code before it works? would be better to give car a good checking over before starting.
