Timing fuel pump on an 1120?

will it run by spraying something like brake cleaner or plus gas into intake dont use too much and dont use easy start if engine runs then cuts out it may be just an airlock as these engines are a pig to start after fuel stripdown if engine will still not start i would be almost certain you have the camshaft timing out or injection pump timing.
