How can I fix my Samsung RS20CCSV?

My Samsung RS20CCSV side-by-side fridge freezer has developed a fault since a power cut during night of 7th Sept 2010 and is tripping all the electricity in the house. We cannot turn it on and have lost all the food. What can we do to repair it?
