Mend Maytag MDB4050AWB Water Bottom Hose

MDB4050AWB, Maytag Dishwasher?

The water is coming out the bottom of the machine rather than through the discharge hose. The entire "tub" empties onto the floor -- actually through the floor into the basement. I'm thinking its the recirculation pump. Could it be clogged? Or, the rubber connection, which is really flexible? Anyone got an idea?
