Mend Maytag widebyside Power Gone Down

Lost power for 3 days (MAYTAG widebyside) must have gone down in defrost?

Must have been in defrost cycle ... when power back on refrig was 63 degrees - freezer was 42..... power has been on for 16 hours now and temps have NOT dropped any?????? is anything I can do????? am 74 disabled and on min. Soc.Sec. income... live in VERY rural area of grid..... over 50 miles from closest service....???????
