Mend Leisure Equipment 3600 Fails Light Working

Treadmill - Timline 3600 fails to "Power" up?

The "Power" light on the console does not light up. It appears the console is not working. There is power getting to the unit because when the "key" is inserted the alarm rings. But still no (power) light.
