Mend maxi combi Boiler Heating Radiators

My maxi combi boiler?

My combi boiler has a split personality. The heating works fine (radiators) but I cannot get any hot water. I be greatful if anyone knows any tips.

Thanks very much for your advice xxx. I've just looked at the boiler and it's a BAXI...8(

When I turn the hot-tap on I can hear the boiler come to life but it cuts out after 10-20 seconds. I can feel the water getting warmer but only very little and the it goes cold so the flow is good.

most likely u need a diaphram washer also if u going to change that u might as well put a service kit in for the diverter as it also maybe on the way out
