Mend Amana BR22 Freezer Fridge Good

Freezer works on Amana BR22 but Fridge does not work?

Amana BR22 Bottom Freezer works good, but top fridge stopped working. Could this be due to excessive lint build-up on cooling coils under fridge? If so, how is it possible to clean the coils, as there is only a tiny little access from the front, no access from the back, and no way for me to lift up the appliance in order to access from underneath? Thank you for your help.
