Stopped working completely now & more like an oven!?

After completing the below tips a number of times over the years it has now stopped working completely in every way - both fridge & freezer. Is this fixable? Any ideas on a good repairer local to Bournemouth?

if the compressor is running but the system is getting hot rather than cold then it is most likely to be a gas/compressor issue which is very expensive to get involved with
