how can I fix my speed fight 2 okplate?

I was riding down the road and as I slowed down the bike just cut out and wouldn't start for about 5mins then it would start fine again then ride for about 2mins then cut out again its asif it uses petrol from float bowl then cuts out wait 5mins for it to fill up then it will start again I've cleaned carb out and jets and air filter and fuel filter and its still doing it can someone please help
