Electrical oven of my cooker doesn t work Z9042EX?

I HAVE A zanussi cooker, the cooker is with gas and works good, but the ove in electricity doesn t work.
when I switch it, nly one lam switch, while the second doesnt.
and when I try to adjust it, the lamp goes off.
