Mend Diplomat 1100 Oven Electric Cooker Heating Element

Diplomat 1100 a. Fan oven does not switch off?

When the oven is activated in manual the element continues to heat up despite the dial being turned off. The fan doesn't,t switch on nor the light? Any ideas?
