Mend Murray 30550B Mower Engine

Murray 10 hp rear engine model 30550B riding mower won't start!?

How do I determine if it is the relay or starter? Battery is charged and connections are all clean and tight. When I turn the key I here it click but that is it. Any other ideas?

How do I rplace the driving belt on my Murray 10 hp rear engine model 30550B riding mower ?

Use a test light or multimeter set on DC volts. Put the positive test lead on the starter post and the black test lead to any good ground. Turn the key to start, If you have no voltage to the starter post the relay (Solenoid) is bad.
If you do have voltage on the starter post the starter is the problem.

I have the exact same mower and the exact same problem, I havent found the answer but I just jump power from a car to the starter itself.
