channels no long working on super box?

i was watching soccer yesterday, but my kid pressed a button most channels are kind of blocked with little S crossed in. Help

I sounds to me as though the new Conditional Access System (nagravision3) has just kicked in.

If you were watching encrypted channels for free then I am afraid that the game is up. If that was the case then there is no fix. Your box just will not decrypt N3 and probably never will be able to.
