Mend Candy cpc240ffgb Fan Hot Hear

Candy cpc240ffgb - Not Working?

Hi
My Candy cpc240ffgb is very poorly.
Both the Fridge and Freezer are not working.
The fan is running, the compressor is hot but you can't hear it running and the interior light is OK.
Temp switch seems to work too.
Any help would be appreciated.
