my glow plug light?

my glow plug light comes on when i drive at speed and van loses power ! not sure what this means as i have no manual, hope you can help ? thanks!

had that before its the mass air flow remove it and clean it out with brake cleaner & fefit it + clear the errors with diagnostic reader ok .......
