how can i fix my e440t f&p fridge freezer?

it is leaking from the internal roof of the fridge. water is pooling in the roof then leaking out when its full. the fan has been noisy in the past and is sometimes noisey now. thinking maybe the fan isn't working and the water is not freezing or something
