Mend Combi DX Sewing Machine Needle Stitching

how can i fix a combi dx sewing machine?

everything is normal but it's not sewing how do i mend it..i hav rethreaded it and i have put new needle in but it still isnt working.. its running but not sewing at all. it was sewing at first but then it suddenly stopped stitching.
