how do i fix my candy grand goc-218 condenser dryer?
The drum on the dryer does not turn when on, if you open the door and spin it by hand and close the door quick and press start button it works until the drum goes into reverse, then it stops working again. I assume its some sort of driver to the drum that is broke. Please can someone help lost without my dryer.

I have the same problem - for info the capacitor is located on the start relay PCB at the top, but unfortunately replacing this did not fix it.

you have a problem with the start capacitor which kicks the motor on startup, you should be able to buy one around 12 pounds.the unit will either be at the top of the machine or near to the motor.
