Mend Hoover HNC180 Dryer Cleaning Clean

my tumble dryer keeps stopping and says filter needs cleaning but all clean?

Hoover nextra8 model HNC180 The filter is clean and if I turn the drum back and forward then press the on button it will work for about 5 minutes then stop and it just buzzes and the filter switch comes on
