Mend Epson C2600 Message Print

Epson C2600 - message "check paper size"?

On our Epson C2600 the following message keeps appearing "The paper size setting is different from loaded paper" And when I print, the bottom of the page does not print - I've check the paper size settings and it is correct - set to A4. Can anyone help please!
