how can i fix,vokera linea735?

my bolier seem too be slighty overpressure,iam not getting any hot water,but the radiators are heating up,how do i bring the pressure down?

how much overpressure? anywhere between 1 and 2 bar when cold should be fine. this however will not cause you hot water to stop working
