Mend Sagem RL1280a Fuse Box Replacement

If the tv works with the new bulb, but the old fuse is still in the box?

got the replacement Sagem RL1280a bulb, and replaced it with no or little hassle, the tv works brilliantly now, the fuse sets the timer back to zero, but can i watch the tv with the old fuse i, 'then' replace the new fuse.. which should be tomorrow...I think I can wait until then anyway, but just hought I would ask... after all am only a girl...
