citroen c5 1.6i when i slow down and the try to go faster again it spluters for a while and then a puff of smoke from the back and its ok again?

Suggest you check your water level. White smoke often means water is leaking into the combustion chambers.
Check for small water particals on oil dipstick also a sign of water in the oil. Might be a head gasket failure.
