how to take cover off i undid screws but handles dont seem to pull off

If you have taken the 2 screws from the top and the one screw from the base(sometimes 2 depending on model) of the shower the fascia(front) should lift straight off. It may need to be lifted slightly as some models have a small lip. there is no need to take the knobs off on most models. Hope that helps
