hoover quatto 1100 ab door has fallen off ?

i have a hoover quater 1100 ab washing machine the door has fell off i brought the right hinge for it i screw the hinge to the door side put i can not get the rib bet like nails out of the washing machine on the other side how to i remove them and do i need a special tool to but these rib bets like nail in that i was sent with the hinge
