When I insert the vcr tape after a few seconds of playing the vcr player stops shuts down and says there is an error. When I opened up the vcr player the tape from the vcr tape is all bunched up. This is because one of the spinners that moves the tape along is not spinning. How do I get the spinner to spin again?
