Mend Filter Full Engine

The breather tube fto air filter full of oil?

The engine started smoking alot and on inspection i found the tube to the air box had a lot of oil in it caused by the breather tube from the rocker cover, i cleaned it up now the engine isnt smoking but is there something more sinister happening??
