Mend Bosch BCD-330 Works Working

Fridge Freezer: freezer works, but fridge doesn't?

I have a basic Bosch fridge/freezer. We just bought it second hand. The freezer is working fine but the fridge isn't working. Any ideas?

A fan blows cold air from the freezer into the fridge, the fan often freezes up, contact Bosch as it's known fault.

the water is not draining away in the fridge but overflowing how can i fix this.it is a Diplomat AMP 6843
