Miele G 865 Dishwasher Heater - Heater Relay?

Dishwasher is not heating the water to the proper temp. I suspect either a heater element or the heater realay. Where are these components located on these machines? How are they accessed? How can I test the relay? There seeems to be absolutely NO technical information available at all for these machines.
