Mend ABI Jubilee Equerry GT Not Connected Mains

Sockets dont work when not connected to mains?

My sockets dont work when connected to battery only, but lights work, hence at weekend we had no sockets or strip lights but had spot lights and ceiling lights! there wasnt any electric hookup where we were, thought battery would be sufficient, is there a problem or is this normal? we have a 1994 ABI jubilee Equerry GT.

this is normal.on hook up you have 230v upto 16amps which serves your sockets certian lighting and charging your battery .your batery is12v serving certian lighting. water pump.12v tv outlet and amplifier.also on some models it works the pump on your toilet
