I have recently bought a vito 110cdi and up until yesterday it was running fine.
I arrived home from work and parked up for the night, the following morning i started it up and now I just cant get it in any gear as if the clutch has gone as the gears all select fine with engine off.
What can it be??????
HELP
Kev
As I said Kev haven`t had many dealings with these motors, but it would definitely help if you had a ramp to work off, preferably a two poster, have to remove driveshafts which usually means front suspension stripdown, gearchange and mountings, you will have to support the engine whilst g/box is out and would definitely change all clutch parts whilst you are there anyway, would get a hand too for lifting etc.good luck

sounds as if your clutch isnt clearing, sorry dont know whether this is hydraulic or a cable but check for leaks at m/cyl and slave cyl and re bleed as necessary,if you have a cable try adjusting until the clutch and brake pedals are about level,if no better think it may be a g/box out job
