Mend Stoves Panache 600 SIDLm Oven Cooker

STOVES Panache 600 SIDLm main oven seal?

My STOVES Panache 600 SIDLm door seal has a gap at the top allowing heat into the grill section and onto the control knobs, is this normal???

from bottom setting to top oven temp on my oven there is no inbetween ie 2,3,4,5etc up to 9 there is no change in attitude to flame, so u either undercook or over cook food

i've got the same problem..seems like heat just escaping from the ovan to me because the grill door is not sealed?...reply if you are enlightened!!
