Mend Ryobi PCN4545 Continuous High Not

PCN Ryobi on continuous high rev - Not caused by idle screw?

My Ryobi PCN 4545 18" petrol chainsaw continues to run on high rev upon starting. The idle screw is backed all the way off so is not the cause.

Can you please tell how can this be corrected and prevented from reoccurring?
