Bosch fridge freezer is showing -3 should read -17 but wont drop temp?

Insuffient information. Is the unit set for -17, Check your user info. If still reading high, Can you hear compressor running now and again, Should be if maintaining -3
Check door seals. anything pushing the door open? Check inside freezer, is it iced up, Should it be? is it auto defrost?
If auto defrost, and iced up. problem with auto defrost system, could be the defrost heater, Or sensors. So many variations
