Scantronic 9800 c4 fault?

Can anybody please help with a c4 fault code that has appeared on my Scantronic 9800 Alarm. I can see that it is a zone problem. The alarm has also been going off the last couple of days whilst we have been out. I have read through the manual but cannot work out how to fix it.
