Mend Volkswagen Passat 2004 Vw Start Ideas

Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper from a VW Passat 2004 plate?

I want to remove my rear bumper but not sure how to start. Any ideas? Someone said it's only 4 screws tha need removed.
