Epson DX8450 Form feed problem?

Paper will not form feed properly when using the copy function.

Paper is drawn down about 2 inches and printing starts but does not get drawn through the printer any further. Meanwhile the printer heads are still trying to print the first lines of the page.

I press the Stop button to clear the process.

However, Form feed works fine when printing a document directly from an open file held on the PC.
